Hamilton, Bermuda – April 13, 2004 - Global information technology service provider eVolution has selected eG Innovation’s ASPlite™ Suite of automated infrastructure management tools to help ensure it meets Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) with its customers.
With eG, eVolution (which is part of Bermuda-based leading professional Services Company Independent Consulting Solutions – ICS) will pinpoint and resolve network problems before they affect the applications, business processes and systems that eVolution manages for its business and government customers around the world.
eVolution will use eG ASPlite™ to automatically detect problems and notify I.T. managers long before they even notice them. These early warnings will help eVolution meet SLA standards for its outsourced managed services, tracking response times for its Citrix clients' access to web sites, applications and databases.
